Personal data processing principles - members of the Kiflicske club

01 09 339560, registered in the Commercial Register of the Budapest Commercial Court, tax number: 26693075242 (hereinafter referred to as "we") as the personal data controller informs you as a user of the website www.kifli.hu (hereinafter referred to as "the website") and our customer about the processing of your personal data provided in connection with your membership of the Kiflicske Club.

The following information is provided in the remainder of the text:

2. for what purposes and how we process personal data;

3. to whom the personal data may be disclosed;

4. for how long we process personal data;

5. what rights you have in relation to the protection of your personal data.

1. Scope of processing of personal data, purposes of processing, means of communication

1.1 When you register for the Kiflicske Club, you will be asked to provide the following information:

a. the child's name,

b. the child's date of birth,

c. information about whether your child is a boy or a girl;

if the baby has not yet been born:

a. information that she is expecting a baby,

b. information on the expected sex of the baby,

c. the expected date of birth.

1.2 The information you provide will be used to provide you with benefits that are tailored to your specific needs as part of your membership.

1.3 If you are expecting a child and you tell us about it, please note that this information is considered a special category of personal data that is subject to enhanced protection. We will only process information that you are expecting a child if you voluntarily disclose it to us and consent to its processing during registration. This consent is a prerequisite for membership of the club and without it, membership of the Kiflicske club will not be granted or, if withdrawn, will cease. The withdrawal of consent to data processing does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of information prior to its withdrawal.

 

1.4 If you are a member of the Kiflicske Club and you purchase our products, we may also use your name, surname, e-mail address and telephone number to send you a business message by electronic means (e-mail, SMS), i.e. to inform you about goods or services we offer that we think may be of interest to you as a member of the Kiflicske Club. You can unsubscribe from receiving commercial communications by electronic means at any time by clicking on the link in the e-mails or by sending an e-mail to info@kifli.hu.

 

1.5 We may also send/transmit our offers, information on new products and discounts and other commercial communications to you by the following means:

o by post, for which purpose we will process your surname, first name and address;

o by telephone (live call), for which purpose we will process your surname, first name and telephone contact details.

Please let us know in writing (by post to our head office address or by e-mail to info@kifli.hu) if you do not wish to receive commercial communications from us by telephone or post.

 

1.6 If you consent to this on www.kifli.hu (consent for marketing purposes), the personal data you provide to us (including purchase history, information that you are expecting a baby, have a child under the age of 12, and information about the child's date of birth and gender) may be processed for the following purposes:

o to provide marketing analysis and statistics, including profiling;

o to send commercial communications about our and our partners' products and services to your email address, taking into account your purchases, preferences, or otherwise personalizing these communications to best suit your needs;

o use the personal data that the Facebook social network transmits to us when you log in through this social network, to the extent that you have chosen, for the purposes indicated above.

The consent is voluntary and not required by any legal provision.

 

1.7 Through your profile, you can easily opt-in/out of consent and the ways in which we can inform you about offers that affect you by going to "Communication settings".

2. Who has access to your personal data

2.1 We will be the controller of your personal data. We will only make your personal data available to authorised employees and co-operators, or to individual processors of personal data contractually agreed to process your personal data, or to other administrators, but only to the extent necessary for the fulfilment of the specific purposes and always on the basis of the appropriate legal basis for processing your personal data.

3. The period for which personal data are processed

3.1 We will process your personal data obtained in connection with your membership of the Kiflicske Club for the duration of your membership of the Club and for such time as is necessary to protect our legitimate interests (e.g. to prove entitlement to benefits associated with your membership of the Club), with a maximum period of processing of 4 years.

 3.2 Personal data that we process on the basis of your consent will be processed until consent is withdrawn. To withdraw your consent, simply send a request by e-mail to info@kifli.hu.

5. Your rights in relation to the processing of your personal data

You have the following rights in relation to our processing of your personal data:

o the right to access your personal data;

o the right to rectification;

o the right to rectification of personal data concerning you; o the right to rectification of personal data concerning you; o the right to erasure ("right to be forgotten");

 

o the right to object to the processing of personal data; and

o the right to lodge a complaint regarding the processing of personal data.
