Personal data processing principles - members of the Kiflicske club

Kifli.hu shop Ltd., registered office: 1106 Budapest, Jászberényi út 45., company registration number: 01 09 339560, registered in the Commercial Register of the Budapest Commercial Court, tax number: 26693075-2-44 (hereinafter referred to as "We") as the personal data controller, informs you as a user of the website www.kifli.hu (hereinafter referred to as "website") and our customers about the processing of your personal data provided in connection with your membership of the Kiflicske Club.

The following information is provided in the remainder of the text:

the purposes for which and how we process personal data;

1. Scope of processing of personal data, purposes of processing, means of communication

1.1 When you register for the Kiflicske Club, you will be asked to provide the following information:

the child's name,
the child's date of birth,
information about whether your child is a boy or a girl;
if the baby has not yet been born:

information that you are expecting a baby,
information on the expected sex of the baby,
the expected date of birth
1.2 The information provided by the User will be used to provide benefits tailored to the specific needs of the Customer within the framework of the Club membership.

1.3 If the User is expecting a child and informs us of this, he/she should be aware that this information is a special category of personal data which is subject to enhanced protection. We may only process information that the User is expecting a child if the Customer voluntarily discloses it to us and consents to its processing during registration. This consent is a prerequisite for membership of the Club and without it, membership of the Kiflicske Club will not be granted or, if withdrawn, will cease. The withdrawal of consent to data processing does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of information prior to its withdrawal.

1.4 If the User is a member of the Kiflicske Club and purchases our products, we may also use the Customer's name, surname, e-mail address and telephone number to send him/her business messages by electronic means (e-mail, SMS), i.e. to inform him/her about the goods or services we offer which we consider may be of interest to the User as a Kiflicske Club member. You can unsubscribe from receiving commercial communications sent by electronic means at any time by clicking on the link in the e-mails or by sending an e-mail to info@kifli.hu.

1.5 We may also send/transmit our offers, information about our news and discounts and other commercial communications to the User in the following ways: 

by post, for which purpose we will process the User's surname, first name and address;
by telephone (live call), for which purpose we will process the User's surname, first name and telephone contact details.
If the User does not wish to receive commercial communications from us by telephone or by post, please indicate your preference by sending a request by post to our registered office address or by e-mail to info@kifli.hu.

1.6:

marketing analysis and statistics, including profiling;
sending commercial communications about our products and services and those of our partners to the User's e-mail address, taking into account the User's purchases, preferences or otherwise personalising these communications in order to select the products and services that best meet the User's needs;
use of the personal data that the Facebook social network transmits to us when you log in through this social network, to the extent that the User has chosen, for the purposes indicated above.
The consent is voluntary and not required by any legal provision.

1.7 In the "Communication settings" section of your profile, you can easily set up the possibility to give/ withhold your consent and the ways in which we can inform you about offers.

2. Who has access to the User's personal data

2.1 We will be the controller of the Customer's personal data. We will only make your personal data available to authorised employees and co-operators, or to specific processors of personal data contractually agreed to process your personal data, or to other administrators, but only to the extent necessary for the fulfilment of the specific purposes and always on the basis of the appropriate legal basis for processing your personal data.

3. The period for which personal data are processed

3.1 We will process your personal data obtained in connection with your membership of the Kiflicske Club for the duration of your membership of the Club and for such time as is necessary to protect our legitimate interests (e.g. to prove your entitlement to benefits associated with your membership of the Club), with a maximum period of processing of 4 years.

 3.2 We will process personal data processed by us on the basis of the User's consent until such consent is withdrawn. To withdraw consent, the Customer may simply send a request by e-mail to info@kifli.hu.

4. Your rights in relation to the processing of your personal data

You have the following rights in relation to our processing of your personal data:

the right of access to personal data;
the right to rectification;
the right to rectify personal data concerning him or her; the right to rectify personal data concerning him or her; the right to erasure ("right to be forgotten");
the right to access, rectify or cancel personal data concerning you; the right to the restriction of processing;
the right to object to the processing of personal data; and
the right to lodge a complaint regarding the processing of personal data.
