Ingredients for the salad

  • 1 pc Cantaloupe melon
  • 80 g strawberries
  • 80 g avocado (plus for the dressing)
  • 200 g Gorgonzola cheese
  • 300 g iceberg lettuce
  • 40 g black olives
  • 40 g walnuts

Orange dressing base

  • 100 ml orange juice
  • 35 g honey
  • 35 ml olive oil

Assembling the salad

    Wash the iceberg lettuce, drain it, then tear it into smaller pieces into a large salad bowl.

    Clean the Cantaloupe melon, strawberries, and avocado, then cut them into uniform small cubes. Crumble or dice the Gorgonzola cheese.

    Add the fruits, cheese, black olives, and walnuts to the salad.

    Drizzle with the pre-prepared orange dressing, gently toss, and serve immediately.

Preparing the dressing (with avocado oil)

    In a bowl, mix the orange juice, honey, olive oil, and avocado oil (or avocado flesh). Blend with an immersion blender until a creamy emulsion is formed.
Tip
It is recommended to toast the walnuts in a dry pan for a few minutes before serving to enhance their flavor.
