Ingredients
- 4 pcs hot dog sausages
- 4 pcs hot dog buns
- 2 pcs tomatoes
- 1 pc red onion
- 4 pcs pickles
- 8 pcs pickled jalapeño peppers
- 2 tbsp mustard
Instructions
- 1Prepare a large pot with a steamer insert and steam the hot dogs for about 5 minutes until heated through. Alternatively, you can grill them on all sides.
- 2Once the hot dogs are ready, place them into the split buns. Next to each, add a lengthwise sliced pickle and a few slices of fresh tomato.
- 3Sprinkle the tops with finely chopped red onion, place 2-2 slices of jalapeño pepper on each, and if you have some at home, add a little pickle relish.
- 4Finally, drizzle with mustard and serve immediately.
