Ingredients
- 200 g tofu
- 600 ml water
- 15 ml dried wakame seaweed
- 30 ml soy sauce
- 2 pcs spring onion
- 60 g miso paste
- 1 pc coriander
- 15 ml sesame seeds
Steps
- 1Pour the water into a pot and bring it to a boil. Add the dried wakame seaweed to the boiling water and let it simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes.
- 2Meanwhile, cut the tofu into cubes, the spring onions into thin rings, and the coriander finely.
- 3Add the cubed tofu, spring onions, and soy sauce to the boiling water and cook for another 5 minutes, then thoroughly mix in the miso paste.
- 4Cook for the final 5 minutes until the paste is completely dissolved. Serve sprinkled with chopped coriander and sesame seeds.
