Ingredients
- 2 pcs sea bass fillet
- 100 g tartar sauce
- 5 pcs garlic
- 150 g mixed salad
- 25 g ginger
- 45 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 3 pcs lemon
- 3 g ground coriander
- 1 g salt
Steps
- 1First, prepare the garlic-ginger paste. Place the peeled ginger, olive oil, a pinch of salt, and 3 cloves of garlic in a food processor, blender, or mortar. Blend everything until creamy. The paste can be stored in a sealed jar in the refrigerator for a long time, so you can prepare a larger quantity.
- 2Mix the curry paste, 2 cloves of crushed garlic, salt, the juice of 2 lemons, and 2 tablespoons of ground coriander.
- 3Coat the sea bass fillet with the marinade and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- 4Drain any excess marinade from the fillet and place it skin-side down in a preheated pan with a little olive oil. Cook both sides for 1-2 minutes until the fish skin is crispy.
- 5Serve with tartar sauce, quartered lemon, and mixed salad.
