Perhaps the most special coffee in the country, because even though it grows in Costa Rica, we can confidently label this coffee with the "Hungarian Product" label. The farm of László Bányai and Sándor Tóth is located 15 km from Volcán Poás and 25 km from Volcán Congo, in the southern part of the Lourdes valley. The area, which lies in three arcs, is divided into five sections, each of which is exposed to the sun differently, which shines into the valley from the early morning hours. The prevailing wind direction is east-west and the constantly moving fresh air practically prevents the humid air from getting stuck, so the diseases that threaten the coffee do not endanger the good harvest. In addition to Sándor Tóth, who manages the farm, an excellent team of Hungarian agricultural and biological experts ensures that the crop is excellent in every respect. The green coffee is roasted in Hungary, in the Szekszárd roasting plant. The Natural, as its name suggests, is a coffee processed by a dry method. The ripe coffee cherries harvested from the western end of the plantation were dried on raised African beds for 31 days after harvesting. The grape-raisin flavor dominates the cup in this sweet and at the same time acidic coffee.

Producer information

It comes from the plantation of László Bányai, a Hungarian farmer, located in Lourdes, Costa Rica, where the cultivation and processing are carried out together with Sándor Tóth, the owner of Lucky Cap. László Bányai is responsible for plant cultivation, while Sándor Tóth is responsible for harvesting and processing.
