Ingredients for 1 serving:

• 1 serving of chocolate FiberShake
• 1.5 dl water/milk/milk substitute
• 1/2 tsp baking powder

Preparation time: 1 minute

Total preparation time: 3 minutes

Preparation:

1. Mix one serving of chocolate FiberShake and 1/2 tsp baking powder with 1.5 dl liquid (water/milk/milk substitute)
2. Pour the prepared base into a soufflé dish (or mug), place in the microwave for 1.5-2 minutes
3. Decorate with fruit as desired

Producer information

Fanni and Bálint Vadász, the founders of the activé brand. Let's start at the very beginning! They both worked for multinational companies in their mid-20s, when they only had time for work. The quality of their meals was a constant problem, regardless of whether it was breakfast, lunch or a snack. Their everyday lives were characterized by meeting after meeting, rushing and stress.

Does it sound familiar?! The menu was usually junk food, at best fast food. The result?! Digestive problems, skin problems, fatigue, recurring illnesses.

At the end of 2016, they realized that they had to do it themselves. This was followed by almost two years of product development, all of which took place while still working, without the involvement of "external help". It was very difficult, they had to overcome many obstacles, but in October 2018 the chocolate FiberShake was born.
It turned out just as they had dreamed it, they made no compromises.
