Etyeki Kecske Gomolya type fresh cheese with garlic and chives in a tub
Fresh cheese made from 100% whole goat's milk, with a pleasantly mild, unobtrusive flavour, which is a great favourite even with customers who do not otherwise favour goat's cheese. An excellent delicacy for salads, sandwiches and with wines.

Their goats, raised on their own organic certified hay in the fresh air of the farm, repay the care and love with excellent quality milk. This full-value goat's milk is an indispensable ingredient in their products, which are continuously produced to a high quality, without preservatives or flavour enhancers, using traditional methods.
In addition to fresh cheeses, their expanding range also includes semi-hard aged cheeses, grilling cheeses and soft cheeses ripened with white noble mould.
