Nativus Sous vide venison leg with forest mushroom sauce
Sous vide seasoned venison leg slices. The package (2 slices) contains 200g of meat and 100ml of sauce! Contains no artificial flavors or artificial colors, gluten-free, lactose-free, soy-free.
Cooking instructions:
- Before baking, remove the product from the refrigerator and leave it at room temperature for a few minutes.
- Heat a little fat or oil in a pan
- Remove the meat slices from the bag and place them in the preheated pan.
- Bake for about 5-6 minutes. Turn the meat over halfway through the baking time so that all sides are cooked through.
- Bring the sauce to a boil in a separate container.
- Serve the finished meat with the sauce and potato croquettes or a side dish of your choice.

In 2020, their game meat processing plant won the title of "Agricultural Investment of the Year" at the Portfolio Agrarian Awards event. Their Sous Vide Venison Leg product won the 1st place in the Food Industry Grand Prix at the 80th National Agricultural and Food Industry Exhibition (OMÉK) held within the framework of the World Hunting Exhibition in 2021.
