Use

Dentists recommend brushing your teeth twice a day for 2 minutes.

Warning

For children aged six or under: use a pea-sized amount on the toothbrush and make sure your child swallows as little toothpaste as possible while brushing! If fluoride is taken in from other sources, consult your dentist or doctor! Contains sodium fluoride (1450 ppm fluoride).
