The Yutto Organic Rice Drink is a delicious alternative to cow's milk thanks to its very high rice concentration (16%). 100% organic, gluten- and lactose-free drink, with no added sugar. It has a light, slightly sweet taste, which is excellent for coffee or poured over cereals. Thanks to its sweet taste, it is a good choice for desserts, and thanks to its fine texture, it can be used well in soups and light sauces. Rice milk can be used for baking, but since it is very thin, the recipe will probably also need another type of thickener.
