Dr. Oetker Brownies offers a mouth-watering chocolate baking idea, with which you can avoid the time-consuming process of baking a cake from scratch! The box also contains a paper baking tin, so you can save yourself the trouble of washing up.

Ingredients

424g cake mix + 2 eggs (Size:M) + 100 ml oil + 100 ml water + 12g chocolate.

Instructions

1. Preparation: Fold the paper tin as instructed. Preheat the oven: Top and bottom heat approx. 160°C, fan-assisted approx. 140°C. Please consider the properties of your own oven.
2. Making the dough: Pour the cake mix into a mixing bowl, add the eggs, the soft margarine, and the water, then mix together with a hand whisk. Pour the dough into the paper tin, smooth the top, then sprinkle with the chocolate chips.
3. Baking: Place the paper tin on a wire rack in the middle of the oven and bake the cake. After baking, place the brownies on a wire rack to cool in the paper tin. Once completely cooled, use a small knife to cut around the edges of the tin and slice into 16 pieces. Baking time approx. 40-45 minutes.
