The Green Garden & Kifli.hu Sea ya! No-Salmon Bagel - Bagel with plant-based salmon slices

We fill a quality bagel sprinkled with poppy and sesame seeds with plant-based salmon, pickled boiled carrots. We spread the bagel with plant-based mayonnaise refined with lemon juice and Dijon mustard, then sprinkle it with crispy onions. The creamy spread tastes heavenly and even lets the salmon swim in the water.

Plant-based foods fill you up while not weighing down your digestion. We created this dish with Julia Ulrich, Rohlik's wonderful chef. She taught us how to make such delicious plant-based dishes that you'll love even if you're a real meat lover.

About The Green Garden

Julia started The Green Garden to convince people that they don't have to eat meat every day. Julia's dishes look wonderful and taste even better. After tasting Julia's dishes, we decided to launch a new, 100% plant-based line together. Julia teaches us how to prepare the dishes, and we prepare them for you in our Prague kitchen.

The founder of The Green Garden, Julia, actually wanted to study art history and Spanish. But at some point she came up with the idea of a vegan-vegetarian restaurant. She collected all the food trends and created vegan delicacies out of them. She founded a successful vegan restaurant in Salzburg, which is popular even among meat eaters, and turned her restaurant into a successful online business during the pandemic.

Why is her concept so successful? She says, eating Green Garden is like eating a rainbow. The colorful dishes simply make people happier.
