The Green Garden & Kifli.hu Umami Bowl - Vegan ready meal with tofu, sweet and sour sauce and vegetables
Tasty plant-based bowl in Asian style with chili. A light combination of tofu fried in sweet and sour chili sauce with crispy lettuce and fried mushrooms. Rice, sweet beetroot and slightly sweet miso sauce with peanut flavor complete the taste experience.
It's good for your stomach and the cows stay alive. Plant-based food fills you up, but doesn't weigh you down. We created this bowl together with Julia Ulrich, Rohlik's amazing chef. She taught us how to make plant-based food so delicious that you'll love it even if you're a real meat lover.

About The Green Garden
Julia started The Green Garden to convince people that they don't have to eat meat every day. Julia's food looks amazing and tastes even better. After tasting Julia's food, we decided to launch a new, 100% plant-based line together. Julia teaches us how to prepare the food, and we make it for you in our Prague kitchen.
The founder of The Green Garden, Julia, actually wanted to study art history and Spanish. But at some point she came up with the idea of a vegan-vegetarian restaurant. She collected all the food trends and created vegan delicacies out of them. She founded a successful vegan restaurant in Salzburg, which is popular even with meat-eaters, and turned her restaurant into a successful online business during the pandemic.
Why is her concept so successful? She says, eating The Green Garden is like eating the rainbow. Colorful food simply makes people happier.
