Lorenzo Natúr Buckwheat
Lorenzo Buckwheat is a floury seed, commonly referred to as a cereal due to its everyday use, and is a gluten-free product similar to millet. It has been known throughout Europe for centuries, and with the “spread” of celiac disease, it has once again gained ground in everyday meals. It is an extremely valuable food, a source of minerals, protein and vitamins.

Preparation
Rinse the buckwheat in a strainer before cooking, then cook in 2.5 times the amount of water for 20-30 minutes, and season with spices to taste. Excellent as a side dish or in soups. Ground into flour, it is also recommended for desserts when mixed with other grains. Lorenzo Buckwheat is also suitable for sprouting!
