Organic Eggplant

The eggplant is popularly known as the Turkish tomato, which reveals that it arrived in Hungary during the Turkish rule. It is also called eggplant, which refers to its shape - this name is a mirror translation of the German-English name. The eggplant contains valuable nutrients, vitamins, and minerals, despite its low energy content.
