Preparation suggestions
- In a pan: Fry the product in a preheated pan with the addition of 1 tbsp. of oil for 5-7 minutes. Turn over halfway through.
- In the oven: Bake in an oven preheated to 200°C for 4-5 minutes. Turn over halfway through.
- On the grill: Grill on a preheated grill rack for 5 minutes until done. Turn occasionally.
In the microwave: Cook at 650 W for 60 seconds. Turn over halfway through.

Recipe
1. MAKE THE AIOLI
First, make the aioli. Mix 60 milliliters of chickpea juice with the juice of half a lemon, add two cloves of finely chopped garlic and a teaspoon of mustard. Mix thoroughly with a hand mixer or whisk until it starts to froth. Add the 1.5 dl of oil until the mixture turns into mayonnaise. The more oil you add, the thicker it will become. Season with salt and pepper. The remaining chickpeas can be stored in the refrigerator for two days: make hummus from them and freeze them, or use them as a supplement to salads, Garden Gourmet vegetable balls or Garden Gourmet grilled falafel.
2. MAKE THE ROAST POTATOES
Now make the roast potatoes. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, then peel the potatoes. Soak the peeled potatoes in water for two days. Wash the skin thoroughly and soak it, then drain and dry it. Heat 2 dl of oil in a large pan, in which you fry the potatoes and the skin until golden brown. Drain on paper towels, then sprinkle with thyme and rosemary on a baking sheet and put in the oven for 5-8 minutes, then season with salt.
3. MAKE THE RATATOUILLE
To make the ratatouille, dice the vegetables. Fry them together in a little oil for 5 minutes, but add the tomatoes only in the last minute, then season the whole thing with salt, pepper, thyme and rosemary.
4. MAKE THE VEGAN BURGER AND ASSEMBLE THE BURGER TO TASTE
