Cooking instructions

• In a pan: Fry in a preheated pan with 1 tbsp. of oil for 4-7 minutes. Turn halfway through.
• In the oven: Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 9-12 minutes. Turn halfway through.
• In the microwave: Cook on 1000 W, using the grill program, for 15 seconds.

Recipe

1. COOK THE FILLET PIECES

Peel and chop the onion. Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a large skillet and fry the fillet pieces with the onion for about 5 minutes, stirring.

2. ADD THE SPICES AND SIMMER

Add the Mexican spices, fry for a minute, then add the diced tomatoes. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 5 minutes.

3. ADD THE KIDNEY BEANS AND CORN, THEN SERVE

Meanwhile, drain the kidney beans and corn, add them, and bring to a boil again. Once it boils, the dish is ready and can be served.
