Preparation suggestion

• In a pan: Fry in a preheated pan over medium heat with the addition of 1 tbsp. of oil for 7-9 minutes.

In the oven: Bake in an oven preheated to 200 °C for 8-10 minutes. In an air fryer: Bake in an air fryer preheated to 180 °C for 5-7 minutes.

Recipe

1. PREPARE THE VEGETABLES

Bring a pot of water with a little salt to a boil for the broccoli. Drain the corn, halve the cherry tomatoes and cut the broccoli into even pieces.

2. MAKE THE VEGAN CORN SAUCE

Heat up the vegan sauce, cream alternative, add the corn and season with salt and pepper.

3. COOK THE VEGETABLES

Cook the broccoli for about 3 minutes until crispy, then drain and season with salt, pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice. In a pan, fry the cherry tomatoes in a little oil and season with salt and pepper.

4. FRY THE SCHNITZEL AND SERVE!

Fry the Garden Gourmet Vegan Schnitzel until crispy and golden brown according to the instructions on the package, then serve with the vegan corn sauce, the fried tomatoes, the broccoli and garnish with a lemon wedge.
