Made from pork and manufacturing bacon, it contains homogeneous pale pink meat pulp, filled into a 90 mm diameter water-vapor impermeable artificial casing, heat-treated by cooking, and easy to slice. Its flavor is characterized by black pepper, garlic, and smoke flavor.

Storage

Store between 0-5 °C. Consumable until the date indicated on the packaging, the best before date applies to unopened packaging.
