Distant Galaxy is a pale amber ale, a representative of the less full-bodied, drier direction of classic IPA beers. An elegant, slightly caramelly malt body is its base, which provides a sufficient balance to the pronounced hop bitterness. It owes its name and citrusy, passion fruit-like flavour and aroma to the Galaxy hop. The absolute winner of the 2nd Hungarian Homebrewing Competition in 2013, and in 2014 it won the Favourite Craft Beer of the Year award.
