Kalifa Hulled sunflower seeds (natural)

Its fat content is valuable because it is a rich source of unsaturated fatty acids, mainly linoleic acid and oleic acid. It can play an important role in the prevention of cardiovascular diseases, because these fatty acids contribute to the reduction of blood cholesterol levels and also have a beneficial effect on blood pressure. Sunflower seeds are an outstanding source of vitamins B1 and E. Of the minerals, they contain magnesium, calcium and potassium in larger quantities.
