Hass Avocado, 3pcs

The skin ripens from green to deep purple/black, has a thick skin, but is easy to peel. Its flesh has a good oil content, soft. 

If you buy hard fruit, it will ripen at room temperature in 2-3 days, soften, and if you cut it, it will brown relatively quickly. The very nutritious, high-protein and high-oil pulp is consumed raw.

Avocado is high in energy and an excellent source of unsaturated fatty acids, which are good for the cardiovascular system. It is also rich in vitamins: vitamin C, B vitamins, vitamin A precursor, and something even more original: antioxidant vitamin E. Its mineral and trace element content is high and varied. It replenishes the body with potassium, magnesium, iron, zinc, copper and manganese. The flesh of the semi-ripe avocado is soft and easy to digest.

Use

Consume without added fat, simply seasoned with lemon, a little salt and pepper. Excellent cream instead of butter for spicy sandwiches; for example, on toast, or crushed with a little lemon juice. Its B vitamins help brain cells produce sleep hormone. 

Storage
Store in a dry, cool place, between 10-12 °C. Ripe specimens should be stored in the refrigerator, harder specimens at room temperature.
