Product description

Semi-hard, matured cheese, which is known for its full flavour. Approximately 10 litres of milk are used to make 1 kg of this excellent cheese, which matures in 100 kg blocks. Edam is produced in the Czech Republic from milk that comes largely from the Bohemian Forest. Packaged in a protective atmosphere.

This is a naturally lactose-free product. Its lactose content is less than 0.01 g/100 g.

Serving suggestion

You can eat Edam with bread, fruit or use it as an ingredient in any cooked dish.
