Description
Italian olive oil obtained exclusively by mechanical means directly from olives, after the first pressing. This oil has a greenish-golden colour, with a characteristic fruity taste and aroma. It is excellent for salads, fresh tomatoes with basil, carpaccio, or grilled fish and seafood.
Product information
Olive oil may become cloudy below 20 °C, and solid flakes may form at lower temperatures. This does not affect its quality, and the oil will clear again at room temperature.
