Description
Italian round grain rice remains firmer in texture after cooking, yet is still soft and creamy and absorbs flavours well.
Suggested use
Melt 25 g butter in a pan. Add 150 g rice and stir for a few minutes. Add 450 ml water or stock in 4 batches. Stir well after each addition. Cook until the rice has absorbed all the stock or water. Do not reheat.
