Finally, a great plant-based alternative to replace minced meat without additives. The granules absorb three times their weight in liquid and there are almost no limits to their use. Due to their neutral base flavour, they can be seasoned excellently and they absorb flavours very well during marinating. Due to their high protein content, they can contribute to a balanced, healthy diet. Thanks to their versatility, you can now "veganise" any meat-based dish.

Suitable for replacing minced meat.

Preparation suggestion

1. Mix 2-3 g Himalayan salt and 1 tablespoon of salt-free seasoning in 300 g of hot water, then pour it over 100 g of pea protein granules, cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
2. Mix into the food (in which you want to replace the minced meat) and as a last step, just heat it up for a few minutes, do not cook it any longer.
