Alnatura kidney beans
With their soft consistency and slightly sweet taste, kidney beans are the perfect ingredient for stews, chili con carne or Mexican nachos. Alnatura kidney beans are grown according to organic guidelines, vegan and pre-cooked.
Use - Mexican layered nachos salad
Preparation time
10 minutes.
Ingredients
For 4 servings:
- 360 g Alnatura kidney beans
- 340 g Alnatura corn
- 60 g baby spinach
- 200 g Alnatura sour cream
- 1 red onion
- 245 ml Alnatura Salsa Dip
- 150 g Alnatura Emmentaler (grated)
- 60 g Alnatura corn chips (paprika)
Preparation
- Drain the kidney beans in a colander, rinse thoroughly and transfer to a bowl. Drain the corn in a sieve and spread over the kidney beans. Wash the spinach and shake dry. Stir the sour cream until smooth. Peel the onion, halve it and finally cut into thin slices.
- Pour the salsa sauce over the corn, sprinkle with the spinach, pour on the sour cream, then sprinkle with the cheese and onion.
- Add the tortilla chips to the nachos bowl just before serving.
