Gorgonzola Cremoso is a PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) Italian cheese, made according to the traditions and experience of Galbani. It is a slightly blue-veined, medium-aged, very creamy and easily spreadable cheese. Cremoso is made using pasteurized cow's milk from an area controlled by the authority that also controls the production of Gorgonzola.

The character and creamy taste of the cheese will be particularly appreciated by blue cheese lovers. Thanks to its resealable packaging, Cremoso can be easily stored in the refrigerator after opening without losing its flavour. Enjoy it on a slice of bread, or in salads, on pizza, in pasta dishes or on baked vegetables. It can also be consumed by vegetarians.

Producer information

The history of Galbani began in 1882 in a small Italian village in the lush green valley of Valsassina, near the shores of Lake Lecco in the Lombardy Alps. This was where Egidio Galbani and his father Davide started making cheese. Galbani invented the first modern version of mozzarella. Over the years, Galbani has become the favourite cheese brand of Italians. Today, it is also available in many other countries, so that everyone can enjoy the Italian way of life.
