Storage
Store in a dry, cool, sun-protected place. After opening, store in the refrigerator at 5-10 degrees. Only dry,  clean cutlery should come into contact with the jam, do not put a wet, buttery, crumbly spoon or knife in it. After use, screw the lid back on tightly and put the product back in the refrigerator as soon as possible. The growth of mold is easily promoted by wet, "contaminated utensils" or improper sealing.
