(for 3 rolls, 205 grams) 100 g Szafi Reform gluten-free low-carb bread and pastry flour mix; 1.5 g Szafi Reform salt; 10 g apple cider vinegar (or freshly squeezed lemon juice); 15 g Szafi Reform liquid coconut oil; 1 M-size egg; 100 g water; +6 g Szafi Reform paleo bread and pastry flour mix for kneading and rolling. For greasing before baking: 1 g Szafi Reform liquid coconut oil.

Preparation

  1. Measure all the ingredients except the flour mix into a bowl, mix well with a hand whisk, then add the flour and work the dough quickly.
  2. You should get a slightly soft dough, which will have the right consistency by the end of the resting time. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes. In the meantime, line a baking tray with baking paper and turn on the oven to 200 degrees (top and bottom heat).
  3. When the resting time is over, knead the dough on a floured surface. Divide into 3 equal pieces and shape into balls on a floured surface, then flatten with your hand to a diameter of 9 cm.
