Use - Oatmeal preparation

1. Heat up 1.5 dl of milk.
2. Before it boils, add 1 serving (40 g) of rolled oats and stir at a low temperature for about 5-7 minutes until it thickens.
3. You can sweeten it with honey, enrich it with dried or fresh fruits, or with oilseeds, a little cinnamon.
4. You can make a quick and delicious treat for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
