The IL COLLE family winery is located in the heart of the Conegliano – Valdobbiadene region in Italy, which, thanks to its geographical location and climate, is the most excellent growing area for the Glera grape variety, from which “Prosecco Superiore DOCG” is made. The brand name: IL COLLE, meaning “the hill”, refers to the place where real Prosecco is made. The winery owns 110 hectares of vineyards, 20 hectares of which are cultivated organically. The excellent quality is contributed to by the fact that the grapes are harvested exclusively by hand, and then the wines are made using the so-called “IL COLLE – method” and high-level technology, with the personal contribution and supervision of the founder Fabio Ceschin and his family.

Storage
Store in a dark, closed place at 10-15 degrees, consume within 1-2 days after opening.
