Schär Mix It! Farina Gluten-free Universal Flour Mix

Ingredients
- 250 g Mix it! flour
- 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
- 200 ml lukewarm water
- 4 g instant yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation
- Mix the flour, yeast and salt thoroughly. Gradually add the water and oil, then mix thoroughly with a wooden spoon.
- Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rise for about 20 minutes.
- Finally, place the bread dough in a baking tin and bake at 200°C for 50 minutes. Let the bread cool before slicing.
