Dill green knot

Use

Most often used as a spice for soups, stews, especially pumpkin stew, pickled cucumber, cottage cheese flatbread, cottage cheese pancakes with dill, sauerkraut. But dill sauce or dill sauce is also excellent for boiled meats, meatballs, and is also a must-have spice for fish and shellfish dishes.
