Mendula Raspberry and cranberry granola – crunchy fruity delicacy with cashew nuts
The Berry delight granola brings a little magic to your mornings with the flavours of summer and pink fruits. The crunchy, slightly spicy and oily seed-rich granola base is combined with intensely flavoured freeze-dried raspberries and sour dried cranberries. The flavour of the freeze-dried raspberries is even more concentrated than that of fresh raspberries, and the cranberries sweetened with apple juice concentrate complement it perfectly. The icing on the cake is the lightly roasted, whole cashew nuts.

Did you know that cranberries are extremely healthy, vitamin-rich fruits that are rich in trace elements and antioxidants? They contain many valuable minerals, including calcium, magnesium, potassium, sodium, iron, zinc and manganese, as well as phosphorus. They are a rich source of vitamins A, B, C and E. Thanks to their flavonoid content, they have a protective effect on the blood vessels and reduce the risk of heart attack.

They founded their family business in 2015 with the aim of producing exclusively premium quality special sweet and savoury pastries, cakes, pies and handmade nut butters made from excellent quality oilseeds – almonds, walnuts and hazelnuts – purchased exclusively from Hungarian producers.
