• Mort Subite KRIEK is a traditional Belgian, cherry beer specialty, made with spontaneous fermentation. It got its name - which means sudden death - from the final move of a popular Belgian pub game.
• The ruby red, full-bodied fruit beer becomes unique in its category after aging in oak barrels and resting on cherry pits.

Producer Information

The small, six-person Kobbegem brewery has been making Mort Subite beers with the same expertise and dedication since 1686, which cannot leave the brewery without the tasting and approval of brewmaster Bruno Reiders.
