We have been planning a collaboration with the HopTails guerrilla brewery for a long time. And what does life not bring, Cinti our brewmaster and the mastermind of HopTails; Géza put together a brilliant little tropical fruit bomb. The base is a simple Sour Ale, which received a dose of mango, banana and prickly pear, and a little coconut to evoke the real tropical feeling. 

The end result is a wonderful little batch, both sweet and sour, fruity and vibrant. It not only fills your glass with summer, but also your little soul, so it is worth getting some before the autumn slowdown and sipping.
