Pike-perch fillet fresh (with skin) HUNGARIAN product
Fresh Hungarian pike-perch, which is kept in the filtered clear water of the Danube gravel bed in the Komárom area, is guaranteed to be the freshest, noble fish from domestic production. Specimens larger than 1.5 kg are also known as "pike-perch" or "pike-perch". Its snow-white, low-fat, firm, clean-tasting meat is boneless. It can be prepared in the oven, in a pan or grilled.
Preparation:
Pike-perch fillet can be wonderfully prepared on the grill or even in the oven. This is also such a classic fish that should be prepared in a salt crust. Simply mix the coarse sea salt with a little water, cover the fish and bake in the oven.
