Felicia is a wholemeal buckwheat pasta. Organic and naturally gluten-free. It is completely natural, made with only water and flour and contains only one ingredient: 100% organic wholemeal buckwheat flour. It has many nutritional benefits: a source of fibre and rich in minerals such as magnesium and manganese. Magnesium contributes to normal energy metabolism, normal muscle function, maintenance of normal bone structure and normal psychological functioning. Buckwheat has antioxidant properties and contains a compound called rutin, which helps maintain the elasticity of vascular tissues.
