Cooking instructions

Place the dumplings in a frozen state in ten times the amount of boiling, slightly salted water, then cook until soft for about 4-5 minutes from the time it boils again. Remove with a slotted spoon and toss in gluten-free breadcrumbs fried in fat. You can also roll them in ground walnuts or almonds. Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar to taste.
