Estrella Inedit Damm Pale Lager

Estrella Damm Inedit – spiced pale lager. A joint creation of the head brewer of the Damm brewery, as well as the chef of the world-famous ElBulli restaurant, -the holder of the most professional awards in the world- Ferran Adrià and his sommelier team. 

The result was the completely unique Inedit, which is a special combination of barley, wheat malt, and a completely special bouquet of spices, including coriander, liquorice and orange peel. Its flavour is softly full, with exclusive spicy aromas, creamy texture, slightly carbonated.

Alcohol content: 4.8% v/v

Serve elegantly, keeping it in an ice bucket on the table, in a half-filled white wine glass, chilled to 4-8 °C.

This beer was created specifically for Mediterranean flavour combinations. It is an excellent accompaniment to citrus and oily dishes, salads, asparagus, artichokes, vinegar-based sauces, tuna, salmon or high-fat cheeses.

The Spanish Estrella Damm lager-type, pale beer has been made since 1876 according to the original recipe from 100% natural ingredients In its aroma, the light malt aromas are combined with some spiciness. In its taste, the flattering notes of the darker roasted malt and the creamy hops come back. Estrella is just like Barcelona, we can feel the sparkling, lively, Mediterranean atmosphere in every drop. The harmonious taste of Estrella Damm beer is not the result of a secret recipe
