We haven't released a wheat beer since Sailor Belle, so we wanted to celebrate the great (even if only seasonal) comeback of witbier with a twist.

We came up with a really good twist for the obligatory coriander and sweet orange peel base, as we added a dose of apricots during fermentation.
Since we didn't want to make it overly fruity, it received just enough fruit to give the beer a really good flavour and mouthfeel.
It is a golden, very good textured item, thanks to the fruit.

Its flavour brings the obligatory wheat beer elements, but every sip is accompanied by a non-intrusive, but very pleasant apricot flavour.
