Made from 100% Glera grapes in the Valdobbiadene area. Premium prosecco made using the Martinotti method. Top prosecco classified as DOCG (the highest classification rule). Straw yellow in colour, with aromas of green apple, Williams pear, citrus and meadow flowers. Very elegant, with a long finish. Excellent as an aperitif. Pairs well with appetisers, fish dishes, seafood, even raw fish, minestrone soup and salads.

In 1922, the decision was made to dedicate their lives to farming. An intuition, and much more than a job. To understand nature, what it asks for and what we can give to a territory like Borgo Molino. The secret is to listen to the land, take care of the plants, nurture the fruit. Nourish the clods, water the soil and understand. Their estate was founded 90 years ago by the Nárdini family, and the soil has yielded fine wines. The harmony of the landscape and the local climate has resulted in excellent quality white and red wines. The picture is completed by sparkling wines that offer elegance and finesse, expressing their original vision.

Storage

In a cool place, away from light and heat sources. Once opened, if the bottle is properly sealed with a champagne stopper, it will keep in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
