Interesting fact
It is a spice native to the Mediterranean region. Its name comes from the Greek word "koris" (bug), as many people say that coriander leaves have an aroma and smell reminiscent of bugs. It is commonly used in South American, Mexican, Asian, Middle Eastern and North African cuisine.

Use
Every part of the coriander plant is edible, but its fresh leaves (just like parsley) can be used to decorate and flavour our dishes. It is a basic spice in Asian, South American and Far Eastern cuisine, where it is used in the same way as parsley is in Hungary. It is used in soups, salads, side dishes and dips. There are many dishes that are good, but a pinch of fresh coriander can transform them and give them a new lease of life.
Storage
