Use

Does not require cooking.

• Pour off the water in the package.
• Rinse the product 2-3 times under cold water.
• Heat in an uncovered pan for 2-3 minutes, or put in the microwave for 1 minute, or heat in a wok.
• Consume as a side dish with your favourite foods, as a wok dish, or serve with soup or salad.

 Forpro CarbControl is in a water-filled bag. When opened, you may smell an unusual odour, which will completely disappear when rinsed under running water.
