Preparation of the meat
Cut the beef into smaller cubes (approx. 2 cm × 2 cm), place them in a large bowl, and mix with the plain flour, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Peel the garlic and red onion, then chop them finely.
In a large pot, heat the sunflower oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté for 7-8 minutes.
Chef's tip
You can also add chopped fresh parsley to the dumpling dough for an even richer flavor.
If you prefer a thicker sauce, you can further thicken it at the end with a little flour mixed with cold water.
