INGREDIENTS
- 16 g cooked rice for sushi (chilled)
- 1 pc shrimp
- Wasabi paste
- Soy sauce
- Pickled ginger
PREPARATION
- 1Take a portion of rice in your right palm. With your index finger, take some wasabi paste and rub it onto the shrimp. Place the shrimp on top of the rice portion.
- 2Dip the shrimp nigiri into soy sauce flavoured with wasabi paste and eat pickled ginger with it.
Tip
Pickled ginger pleasantly neutralizes the taste and aids digestion.
