INGREDIENTS

  • 16 g cooked rice for sushi (chilled)
  • 1 pc shrimp
  • Wasabi paste
  • Soy sauce
  • Pickled ginger

PREPARATION

    Take a portion of rice in your right palm. With your index finger, take some wasabi paste and rub it onto the shrimp. Place the shrimp on top of the rice portion.

    Dip the shrimp nigiri into soy sauce flavoured with wasabi paste and eat pickled ginger with it.
Tip
Pickled ginger pleasantly neutralizes the taste and aids digestion.
