Ingredients
- 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbsp honey
- ½ tsp Dijon mustard
- 100 ml olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- 1Place balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and one tablespoon of water into a tall, narrow container. Blend the ingredients thoroughly with an immersion blender.
- 2Slowly pour in the olive oil while continuously blending until you get a smooth, silky emulsion. The dressing is ready when its consistency becomes uniform.
Tip
If you prefer a thicker dressing, use balsamic glaze instead of plain vinegar, or add a little more mustard.
The dressing can be stored in the refrigerator in a well-sealed bottle for up to a week. Shake well before use!
